Assignments allows Site Admins to assign certain Daily Rounds and Procedures to an area or assignment of focus.
If your site would like to extend the organization of the Home screen for technicians, use Assignments to further organize documents. This eliminates clutter on the home and surfaces the most relevant Procedures and Assignments.
Using assignments will NOT block users for accessing documents. All documents in the respective modules can be seen be clicking "View All". Assignments is a feature that allows technicians to see documents that are most relevant to their assignment for the day. Below is an example of a secondary context selection since this Site has defined "Assignments".
