Logging Interactive Procedures as a Technician
As a Technician, get started logging Interactive Procedures.
- On the site navigation click on Procedures.
- Click the Start button on the selected Interactive Procedure.
- This will take you to the Technician page of the Interactive Procedure. This will be easily viewable in mobile formats.
- To understand the layout lets go through it:
- Starting at the top of the page we have our Interactive Procedure Name.
- Next we have our Description.
- Below the description we have the table of contents for easy section navigation prior to the procedure for review.
- Under the Table of Contents we have the procedure itself.
- This consists of the following:
- Circle and Check to illustrate what HAS been done (check) and the step you are NOW on (circle).
- Numerical Bulleting (example: “1.01”)
- Section Item (example: “Remove the cap from the gas can.”)
- Any related links for this section item.
- A dropdown with action that was taken.
- A notes area that will be logged. (example: “I was able to remove the cap but the threads are worn down.”)
- This consists of the following:
- Once you have completed the technicians page it will prompt you to submit which will officially log the Interactive Procedure.
