Organize Site Dashboard

Optimize the dashboard layout for an enhanced Preserve viewing experience at the global level.

To enhance the Preserve viewing experience across your site(s), you can optimize the dashboard layout at the global level.

  1. Click the line break with the plus that highlights blue on hover. This is your block insert button for all creation forms. 
  2. By designating a folder to promote with the select and clicking Assign you are assigning this folder as a category on the Home screen Document Browser module. All users at the site will see this category. 
  3. You may promote files within that folder to show on the module. We suggest limiting to the most used or highest priority for the Home. Users can access ALL folders through the Document Browser. Do not overload the Home. 
  4. Take a moment to reference your work on the Home by clicking "Home" in the top navigation beneath the TTP Preserve logo. Below is an example of the dashboard assignment page and below that is an example of the Dashboard for the respective site. 
  5. Here is an example of what of how the dashboard will look after completing "Organize Dashboard":
