      Creating a Daily Round

      Create rich Daily Rounds for technicians. These Rounds are logged and stored for future tracking and reference.

      1. Select "Daily Rounds" from the navigation or the Daily Rounds module on the Home and click the button "Create Daily Round". 
      2. We must create an empty Daily Round so it can house Versions of the Round. 
        1. Add Round Name 
        2. Add Description 
        3. Add Users to Alert for out of bounds issues 
        4. Add Frequency of the Round 
        5. Add Time of starting Round 
        6. Add System Codes (for searchability) 
        7. Add Tags (for searchability) 
      3. Click "Create" button.
      4. Click "Create New Version". 
      5. Add description of changes you might want to add "Initial Version".
      6. Hover over and Click the line break with the plus Icon. It will turn blue on hover. This is used for all of TTP Preserve creation pages. 

      7. This will give you multiple options: 

        • Text Block allows for general communication. In this block you can describe the technicalities of the route or how to do something specific. There is no user interaction on the Technician side. 
        • Value Block allows the Technician to add a value from instrumentation or similar. 
        • Multiple Choice Block is a set of predefined answers. The Technician will select from a list. 
        • Narration Block is a text input for open answers. This also might be referred to as a "short answer" 
        • Emphasis Block allows for critical communication. In this block you can identify the dangerous elements of a section of the route or how to do something specific. There is no user interaction on the Technician side. 
      8. Use these Blocks to build out the round as needed for that specific Round. For a more detailed understanding of these creation block view them here.
